Once an order has been approved for a return, a return fee will be assessed depending on quantity of items and location. The return fee is the charge of the shipping label, nothing extra. This is to allow our store to continue providing excellent service and free shipping to our customers*.

For purchases made with our store, sales are final. If something has happened to your item, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We are happy to work with you on orders placed within a 30 Day period from receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased as final sale or clearance pricing.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
